Artists announced for the Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show

PHILADELPHIA, PA —The The 2022 slate of Contemporary Craft Artists has been announced for the upcoming Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show. Selected from more than 500 juried submissions, 195 of America’s top craft artists will come to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia in November to exhibit and sell their work. The 2022 jurors were Allison Barnett (Patina Gallery, Santa Fe, NM), Chad Curtis (Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Ceramics, Temple University, Tyler Art & Architecture), Bruce Hoffman (Director, Graves Lane Gallery in Philadelphia), and Andrew Page (Editor – Glass Quarterly Magazine).

The show organizers are in the midst of planning and preparation and are delighted to share this year’s artist preview, now viewable on the Craft Show website, www.pmacraftshow.org. Representing 31 states and 34 artists from the Philadelphia and Delaware Valley area, there are 13 arts and crafts categories including ceramics, furniture, jewelry, fiber, wood, metal, artists emerging, etc.
